Tuition reimbursement is an employee benefit. When you work for a company with a tuition reimbursement or tuition assistance program, you can enjoy some serious educational expense savings. Some companies even provide up to 100% of tuition covered! Companies that offer tuition reimbursement typically agree to pay a set amount or percentage of your tuition and other education expenses for a degree or certificate program. Typically, your employer will require you to pay upfront. And once you complete the course, you can submit a form to your company to get reimbursed in a future paycheck.
